SAP HCM Consultant (M/W/D) - Remote

Overview

The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for managing the SAP HCM system landscape of clients, including customizing and continuous development of existing processes.

In Short

• Support SAP HCM system landscape including customizing and process development.
• Gather requirements from departments and provide competent consulting on feasibility.
• Actively accompany various SAP HCM projects, optionally taking on (partial) project management.
• Support key users and end-users with expert knowledge.
• Application support for SAP HCM clients (PY ÖD and private sector, PA, PT, OM, FI-TV).
• Advise departments on their requirements and change requests.
• Customize, maintain, document, and handle 2nd level support tickets.
• Independently analyze problems and realize optimal solutions in SAP HCM.
• Strengthen project teams in large SAP HCM implementations or smaller extension projects.
• Collaborate closely with client departments to ensure comprehensive service.

Requirements

• Strong IT and business knowledge acquired through relevant training.
• Good knowledge in customizing and error analysis/resolution.
• Process knowledge and work experience in one or more SAP HCM sub-modules.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills with clients.
• Engaged team player with responsibility and solution-oriented work ethic.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good German language skills.
• Good English language skills are desirable.
