Principal, IT Applications Development - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Architect will play a critical role in our IT Applications team, responsible for designing and maintaining the overall Salesforce architecture that aligns with our business transformation program. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners to deliver scalable, robust, and future-proof Salesforce solutions.

• Lead the architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct design review sessions to ensure alignment with solution designs.
• Oversee data governance and management within Salesforce.

• Provide technical mentorship to Salesforce development and admin teams.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and CPQ).
• Experience with data migration, data governance, and multi-org consolidation.
• Familiarity with middleware tools for integration (e.g. Mulesoft).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
