Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing strategic customer relationships.

In Short

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or named accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions using our industry-leading mobile data collection platform.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle B2B software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Success: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and account growth metrics.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred).
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Proven track record of quota and retention achievement.
  • Nice to Have: Background in mobile technology, data collection, or enterprise software.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a customer-centric organization.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue models and customer lifetime value.
