As Senior Director, Business Transactions, you will lead deal structuring, negotiations, and execution across asset licensing, M&A, and venture financing, playing a critical role in shaping Formation Bio’s business strategy.

• Lead deal structuring and negotiation for asset licensing, M&A, and venture financing.

Requirements

• 10+ years in deal structuring and negotiation within biotech or pharma.
• Proven track record of leading complex transactions.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen.
• Deep understanding of legal frameworks in biotech and pharma.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in deploying AI in business processes.
• JD, MBA, or advanced degree in life sciences or finance preferred.
