Join our AI Foundations Team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer I, where you will be a core contributor to building our core AI/ML infrastructure.

In Short

• Collaborate cross functionally with product managers and domain experts to design, build, and refine ML-driven solutions for drug development.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of AI/ML systems.
• Stay ahead of AI and LLM advancements, advocating for their adoption and providing expert guidance across teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma software development.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative 0-1 products.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks including hands-on model building and fine-tuning.
• Strong collaboration & communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern software deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma software development.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative 0-1 products.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, RAGAs).
• Strong collaboration & communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
