We are a high-growth SaaS startup on a mission to simplify complexity for businesses around the world. We are looking for a Partners Director to help scale our impact through strategic partnerships.

In Short

  • Build and lead the partner ecosystem.
  • Design and launch the SI & consultancy partner program.
  • Identify and onboard high-impact partners globally.
  • Set partner-sourced and influenced pipeline targets.
  • Enable partners to sell and implement our platform.
  • Manage and grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Roll out partner enablement tools and processes.
  • Iterate and improve the partner playbook.
  • Share partner insights to shape product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS partnerships.
  • Success in building partner programs from scratch.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS and indirect sales.
  • Track record of driving revenue via partners.
  • Strong commercial skills for negotiating deals.
  • Highly collaborative with ability to build trust.
  • Startup mentality with bias for action.
