Product Activation & Growth Sales Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position will be responsible for driving the adoption, activation, and usage of our fundraising functionality by engaging existing customers, onboarding them, and converting those using free or competitive products.

In Short

• Conduct outbound campaigns (email, calls, webinars) to inform customers about the new fundraising functionality.
• Guide customers through the setup and activation of the fundraising feature.
• Identify existing customers using free or competing tools through usage data.
• Track KPIs like activation rates and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop promotional materials.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and competitive landscapes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance metrics.
