Overview

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will drive pipeline growth for Enterprise Account Executives by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects through outbound and Account-Based Marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration with marketing/sales on ABM strategies.
  • Opportunity Qualification and discovery.
  • Meeting Generation aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Account Research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Bombora.
  • CRM Management in Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback to refine campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation (enterprise preferred).
  • Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in transportation/logistics or compliance-heavy industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC/Sandler frameworks and DOT regulations a plus.
