Overview

We are seeking a marketing innovator with expertise in AI and automation to join our Growth Team. In this role, you’ll design and execute data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance customer engagement, accelerate conversions, and uncover new growth opportunities.

In Short

Develop and execute creation of AI agents or automated processes to support GTM strategies.
Leverage AI and automation platforms to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams.
Analyze customer data and market insights.
Continuously monitor performance using data.
Experiment with emerging AI tools.
Ensure Demand Generation initiatives reflect brand identity.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or automation roles.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Able to manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
