AI & Automation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a marketing innovator with expertise in AI and automation to join our Growth Team. In this role, you’ll design and execute data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance customer engagement, accelerate conversions, and uncover new growth opportunities.

In Short

• Develop and execute creation of AI agents or automated processes to support GTM strategies.
• Leverage AI and automation platforms to optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams for integrated strategies.
• Analyze customer data and market insights for growth opportunities.
• Continuously monitor performance and improve campaigns launched by AI Agents.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools for better personalization and efficiency.
• Ensure Demand Generation initiatives reflect brand identity and best practices.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or automation roles preferred.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with data to guide decisions.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
