Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for prospecting and closing new customer deals across the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries, while developing strategic account plans to support growth in AI and HPC initiatives.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Located in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar.
  • Success in complex enterprise sales cycles in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience with ministries or national R&D entities.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales.
  • 5+ years in direct sales or business development.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong communication skills for C-level engagement.
  • Ambitious with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
  • BA/BS degree.
