Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Experience with electrical equipment distributors.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong data analysis skills for performance assessment.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy markets preferred.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Ability to coordinate marketing efforts with sales initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
