Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Flores, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for clients and participants by providing exceptional support and assistance.

In Short

  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants.
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefits.
  • Research and respond to claims questions.
  • Log calls to support excellent customer care.
  • Provide high-level customer service to all clients.
  • Maintain quality work that reflects Flores' core values.
  • Train for 3-4 weeks from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
  • Work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
  • Utilize tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED; degree preferred.
  • 1 year of professional customer service experience.
  • Experience in benefits management preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Alegeus system is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for customer service.
  • Motivated individual looking for growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service.
