Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Flores serves as a liaison between the company and its participants, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and support.

In Short

  • Serve as a liaison between Flores and participants.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from participants.
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefits.
  • Research and respond to claims questions.
  • Maintain quality work that exemplifies Flores’ core values.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Log/tag calls for internal communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM ET.
  • Participate in a training program for 3-4 weeks.

Requirements

  • High school graduate/GED; degree preferred.
  • One year of phone customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in benefits management is highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Internally motivated with a desire for personal growth.
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a professional remote office environment.
