Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an energetic, efficient and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Environmental StoneWorks team.

In Short

• Minimum of three years experience in customer service
• Experience in building products or construction industries is desirable
• Coordinate flow of paper from order entry invoices
• Liaison between warehouse, customers, and office personnel
• Inside Sales and Accounts Receivable responsibilities
• Track shipments and contact customers for correct shipping information
• Exhibit a professional manner in dealings with customers
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions
