  • Expertise in HubSpot and experience in workflow and data pipeline optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on improving operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
