Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive employee engagement while providing operational support to clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR/payroll systems like ADP or Paylocity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload.
