Human Resources Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Manager assists the Director in promoting a positive and responsive service-oriented department for our primarily remote workforce. Responsible for administering all activities of the HR department, including benefits administration, performance management, and recruiting.

In Short

• Establish and maintain payroll records.
• Open and establish new payroll entities.
• Process payroll data reports.
• Administer onboarding processes.
• Manage recruiting process from identification to onboarding.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy employee files.
• Build talent pipelines for future job openings.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.
• Manage and train a team of recruiters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BS preferred with 7-10 years of related experience.
• Experience processing multi-state and/or international payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll software and HR management practices.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably JazzHR.
• Understanding of US and international employment legislation.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to adjust to changing priorities.
