Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in government contracting.
• Strong understanding of labor compliance.
• Proven strategic advising capabilities.
• Experience with multi-role recruiting pipelines.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and task management tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
