Overview

The Human Resources Manager at Vera Therapeutics will contribute to developing and maintaining a positive culture within the Commercial organization, working closely with HRBP and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in employee relations or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Professional certifications in employee relations are beneficial.
• Experience in diverse workforce management preferred.
• Continuous learning mindset for employment law updates.
