Overview

The Human Resources Manager at The Link is responsible for leading various HR functions and initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management, to support the organization’s mission of assisting youth and families.

• Lead HR functions including onboarding and employee relations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with workplace investigations and performance management.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in MS O365 and HR-related software.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain compliance.
