Human Resources Manager - Remote

Overview

Solon is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support people and organizational initiatives across the firm and its portfolio companies.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across Solon and selected portfolio companies.
• Implement core HR processes including onboarding, contracts, employee documentation, and policy management.
• Establish practical HR systems and processes where they do not yet exist.
• Work directly with portfolio company leadership teams to support hiring and team development.
• Manage recruitment processes across Solon and its portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Implement and maintain HR systems (e.g., BambooHR).
• Support initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement.
• Work across multiple portfolio companies.
• Provide hands-on HR support to operating businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in fast-growing or entrepreneurial organizations.
• Experience managing recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR.
• Experience working with international teams or EOR providers is a plus.
