Overview

Solon Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the implementation of a football player development program in Ghana, aimed at empowering young talent through grassroots training initiatives.

In Short

• Manage various workstreams for a football player development program in Ghana.
• Evaluate and develop opportunities with local school providers.
• Engage with stakeholders including government and community members.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure project activities meet Solon standards and objectives.
• Work in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
• Identify partnership opportunities for program implementation.
• Coordinate grassroots training program with local partners.
• Travel throughout West Africa may be required.
• Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in business development, preferably in Ghana.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Ghana's culture and business practices.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to legally reside and work in Ghana.
• Passion for football is desirable.
