Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Partner Account Manager to join our partnerships team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of key channel partners, building and nurturing relationships that deliver strong, mutually beneficial business outcomes for both Fleetio and our partners. You will collaborate closely with each partner to establish revenue goals, define clear KPIs and success metrics, and develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed these targets.

In Short

  • Develop, onboard, manage, and expand relationships with key strategic channel partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end partner relationships and act as the primary contact for your partners.
  • Use data to host strategic meetings with channel partners to increase revenue and customer adoption.
  • Analyze partnership performance and optimize strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Continuously improve internal and external processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between Channel Partners and Fleetio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes for Partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or fleet industry.
  • 3+ years in a B2B software company in an account management role.
  • Experience building programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance short-term and long-term goals.
  • Ability to articulate a value proposition and overcome objections.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with solid time management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and sales tools.
