Overview

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Development Manager to ignite and scale our outbound sales efforts with the primary goal of generating qualified leads for our Account Executive team. You’ll manage a team of Sales Development Representatives who engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate interest in Fleetio's software.

In Short

  • Lead a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for cold-calling prospects and generating opportunities.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentoring on sales processes and best practices.
  • Manage performance, track key performance indicators, and provide regular feedback.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts to management.
  • Build a scalable hiring process and expand the SDR team as needed.
  • Cultivate a positive and high-performing culture within the team.
  • Align compensation with company goals to drive motivation.
  • Contribute valuable strategic input to the business.
  • Lead the team to consistently exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Results-driven with a competitive edge and high energy.
  • Previous cold calling experience required.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient with strong project management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise customers and C-suite executives.
  • Passion for lead generation processes.
  • A love for technology.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of cars and engines.
