Overview

As a Sales Development Manager at Zscaler, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the Benelux and Nordics regions, focusing on developing sales-ready candidates and driving lead generation.

In Short

  • Manage a team of SDRs covering Benelux and the Nordics.
  • Develop SDRs into sales-ready candidates.
  • Monitor SDR dashboards for data accuracy and team performance.
  • Motivate and incentivize team members for top performance.
  • Define performance metrics for pipeline creation.

  • Work in a hybrid model.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Experience in Tech/SaaS is required.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of prior SDR leadership experience.
  • Experience building relationships between SDR teams and marketing/sales.
  • Experience managing teams remotely and in person.
  • Experience selling security, SaaS, or software preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM database tools (SFDC).
  • Bachelor's degree.
