In Short

  • Unlock new customers within the existing partner ecosystem.
  • Focus on engaging mid-market and enterprise merchants.
  • Manage moderately complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
  • Prioritize efforts on merchants with GMV exceeding $25M.
  • Lead merchant evaluations and develop compelling business cases.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to align GTM strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within partner sales teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on global expansion for merchants.
  • Facilitate connections with internal SMEs.
  • Ensure alignment on objectives and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in ecommerce and/or supply chain.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with ACVs exceeding $250K.
  • In-depth understanding of eCommerce, 3PL operations, and logistics technology.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in developing business cases and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate execution across teams.
