In Short

  • Own new merchant acquisition across mid-market and enterprise brands.
  • Focus on building and closing high-value merchant pipelines.
  • Run structured discovery and build merchant-specific cases.
  • Drive net new revenue and shipment volume.
  • Lead full-cycle sales from first meeting through onboarding.
  • Manage multi-threaded deals with various stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on global shipping strategy.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering when necessary.
  • Support clean handoff to onboarding and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise or MM sales in ecommerce, supply chain, logistics, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record closing deals with ACV > $250K.
  • Experience selling into operations and ecommerce leaders.
  • Comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong business case development skills.
  • Clear communication with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive urgency and navigate long-cycle deals.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High energy, self-directed, coachable, and resilient.
  • Typical sales cycle: 2–6 months.
