Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a proven, execution-focused Partner Operations lead to manage and scale the operational infrastructure behind our global partner ecosystem.

In Short

• Manage global partner program infrastructure.
• Support co-sell, resell, and influence motions.
• Drive continual process and systems improvements.
• Optimize the partner portal for deal registration.
• Oversee partner learning management system (LMS).
• Collaborate with teams to align partner-facing tools.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for partner deals.
• Manage partner incentives payout and tracking.
• Own operational execution across marketplace providers.
• Track and analyze key partner metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years in partner operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with Deal Desk.
• Hands-on experience with cloud marketplace operations.
• Strong background in partner tools and systems.
• Analytical mindset with project management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a global team.
