Partner Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a process-focused Partner Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for optimising and scaling the operational frameworks that support our partner relationships. You'll collaborate closely with the partnerships team to ensure smooth, efficient, and data-driven processes.

• Design and maintain robust partner operations processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and implement solutions.
• Oversee operational processes for AWS private offers.
• Manage deal registration for partners.
• Implement billing processes for partner deals.
• Configure and optimize CRM and partner management platforms.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team for process alignment.
• Develop dashboards and reporting structures for partner metrics.
• Use data to inform strategic decisions around partner operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Partner Operations or similar role.
• Proven ability to design and optimize operational processes.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and financial tools.
• Comfortable interpreting data for process improvements.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally.
• Able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
