Overview

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at firsthand, you will be responsible for implementing and improving analytics infrastructure to support individuals living with serious mental illness.

In Short

• Build clean, maintainable, and performant data pipelines for reliable analysis and BI reporting.
• Develop reporting and dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify patterns in analyses and data models to enhance processes.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve analytics infrastructure.
• Utilize DBT, SQL, git, and bash for coding tasks.
• Engage with operators to understand needs and deliver solutions.

• Previous experience with medical claims data is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience with DBT and advanced SQL.
• Prior experience in a start-up environment is beneficial.
