Workday Learning Analyst - Remote

Overview

Workday Learning Analyst will work directly with internal stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and maintain learning campaigns and associated reports to ensure company compliance.

In Short

• Set up and maintain the Workday Learning module.
• Create and manage learning content and campaigns.
• Stay updated on new Workday Learning features.
• Develop test cases for updates and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner with HRIS team for system integrations.
• Provide user support and training materials.
• Manage learning data and generate reports.
• Monitor compliance course assignments and completions.
• Ensure data privacy and integrity.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Workday Learning module.
• Understanding of HR systems and reporting environments.
