In Short

• Serve as the primary administrator for our Docebo Learning Management System.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning analytics frameworks.
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel.
• Develop and implement custom learning KPIs.
• Write code for data extraction and analysis.
• Configure and optimize Docebo features.
• Create predictive models for learning trends.
• Perform statistical analysis on training data.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership teams.
• Stay current on Docebo updates and learning technology trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in learning analytics or data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of learning analytics and metrics development.
• Proficiency with Docebo LMS or similar systems.
• Strong statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
