Epic Learning Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The Learning Analyst delivers personalized and/or generalized learning programs that include workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops to OCHIN members, contributing to the improvement of health care access and quality.

• Travel up to 50% nationally for training and support.
• Must be knowledgeable in adult learning theories and instructional design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in adult training, preferably with Epic applications.
• Experience with training delivery tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.
• 2+ years in Instructional Design with LMS experience.
• Ability to connect training content to clinical and financial outcomes.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Formal accreditation or experience with Epic systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally for training and installations.
