Overview

The EPIC Learning Analyst II delivers personalized and generalized learning programs that include workflow design, training, documentation, and optimization training to OCHIN members, specializing in supporting Ambulatory Clinics.

• Delivers interactive training to meet learning objectives.
• Performs workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System.
• Provides feedback on training materials and workflows.

• Travels nationally up to 50% for training and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in adult training.
• Experience with Epic applications, especially Beaker.
• Epic Beaker Certification or Proficiency required.
• 2+ years in Instructional Design and LMS experience.
• Knowledge of training delivery tools like PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to connect training content to clinical outcomes.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of adult learning theories.
