Overview

The Epic Willow Ambulatory Application Supervisor leads, trains, and motivates their team to achieve positive outcomes and continuously add value to our collaborative, ensuring high-quality service and driving process improvements within the Epic Willow Ambulatory module.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Epic Willow Ambulatory analysts.
  • Assist in developing workflows and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as team lead or supervisor.
  • Required certification: Epic Willow Ambulatory.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Process and detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Competency assessment required before team interview.
