Overview

The Epic Application Analyst II is responsible for managing application operations, optimizing functionality, and ensuring proper documentation and testing for healthcare applications.

• Manage day-to-day application operations for assigned departments.
• Provide expertise in application responsibility and resolve incidents.
• Optimize application functionality through development and testing.
• Ensure compliance with change management procedures.
• Communicate application changes to affected departments.
• Participate in new project development and implementation.
• Document and maintain system design and build documents.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Support end users and contribute to testing tasks.
• Less than 20% travel required for support and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Epic Accreditation or Certification in relevant modules.
• Two years of experience managing Epic modules.
• Four years of experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to analyze and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to learn new applications and technologies.
• Must be able to work in a busy and stressful environment.
• On-call work may be required.
• Must pass required education as per DNV and organizational policies.
