Overview

The Senior Application Analyst - Outpatient, Kaleidoscope, Wisdom and Referrals is an integral member of the Digital Software Services (DSS) team, providing support for clinical and business applications at University Health Network (UHN).

In Short

• Provides technical support of IT applications.
• Maintains strong knowledge of supported applications.
• Performs application testing of new releases and upgrades.
• Participates in roadmap planning for application upgrades.
• Provides customer service through end user meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, health informatics, or equivalent.
• Certification in Epic applications preferred.
• Advanced skills in software tools like Visio and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of IT concepts and components.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with clinical systems in a healthcare organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
