Overview

The Senior PB/PB Claims Application Analyst supports the mission of OCHIN through complex configurations to support the Epic applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for Acute Care Hospital Members.

In Short

  • Lead and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
  • Perform complex build and configuration in Epic.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for project scoping and process improvement.
  • Consult with member billing offices to identify existing workflows.
  • Translate and design customized Epic financial build logic.
  • Provide weekly financial updates and project status reports.
  • Act as project and technical consultant.
  • Lead trainings and workgroups for members.
  • Document build specifications and complex workflows.
  • Collaborate with OCHIN teams to address integration issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 applicable certifications in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims.
  • Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Process and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
