Senior Epic HB/PB Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Epic HB/PB Analyst is responsible for configuring, managing and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for healthcare clients.

In Short

• Serves as primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration
• Manages client trouble tickets and requests
• Leads application build for Epic upgrades
• Implements testing procedures and supports go-live activities
• Proactively identifies areas for improvement
• Mentors junior analysts
• Fosters strong client and peer relationships
• Participates in on-call rotation
• Works on special projects including Epic Upgrades
• Ensures accurate documentation and resolution of issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting required
• Proficiency in healthcare policies, procedures and information systems required
• Epic, ITIL, PMP certifications preferred
