Application Analyst, IAM Epic Security - Remote

Overview

The Application Analyst reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adhering to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

In Short

• Support and maintain assigned services and systems.
• Monitor, analyze and plan upgrades.
• Resolve production issues while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements.
• Execute project tasks as assigned.
• Enhance quality assurance standards and systems development methodologies.
• Integrate end user requests with software functionality.
• Provide recommendations for application build and functionality.
• Assist with problem determination and solution across the IS environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain application/technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in core discipline.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
