Overview

The Learning Consultant is responsible for assessing learning needs, supporting feedback loops, developing curriculum, and auditing all KPI’s and delivery metrics to provide input and support recommendations for improvements within the Learning Division.

In Short

  • Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula.
  • Work intensively with health center teams to refine their Learning/Training Team.
  • Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults.
  • Lead in the coordination of member consultations.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions.
  • Travel up to 80% nationally for support.
  • Work in a virtual home-office environment.
  • Engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Collaborate with a growing virtual workforce.

Requirements

  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) preferred.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, particularly Epic and NextGen.
  • Patient Access Certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% nationally.
