Overview

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Analyst Apprenticeship Program leads the training, support, and development of revenue cycle apprentices for OCHIN with the intent to successfully place in the operations division for long term roles.

In Short

  • Manage multiple apprentices through their employment lifecycle.
  • Develop and lead an apprentice development program.
  • Manage and coordinate team objectives, resourcing, tasks, and projects.
  • Ensure goals are aligned with OCHIN's strategic direction.
  • Proactively analyze portfolio for risks and issues.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize team standard operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and staff.
  • Attend regular committee meetings.
  • Track and measure performance goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or related field.
  • Certification in EHR applications.
  • 6+ years of experience in a healthcare and/or IT setting.
  • Experience working with Epic.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel may be required.
