Overview

The Health Care IT Help Desk Project Manager supports OCHIN’s mission by driving the successful scoping and execution of projects, such as Epic implementations and enhancements, third-party vendor implementations, and internal initiatives.

  • Balance competing priorities and navigate constraints.
  • Consult senior leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials are a plus.
  • Completion of a competency assessment is required before the team interview.
