This Project Manager role will fill the in support of more senior Project and Program Management staff. It provides an exciting career path into the Project Management family of jobs within the Abacus Client Delivery Program Management Office. In Short

• Serve as the central point of coordination between cross functional teams
• Support project scoping, planning, and timeline estimation
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and blockers
• Contribute to the development of PMO standards and tools
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices
• Take ownership of maintaining project documentation
• Provide project management support duties as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in IT project management roles
• 1+ years’ experience in Agile Methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Software development technology background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong soft skills for intra-team relationship building
• Payer industry (Medicaid) experience preferred
