In Short

• Participate in consulting engagements with clients to improve operational performance.
• Analyze business requests and develop business requirements and systemic solutions.
• Participate in on-site planning and requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop designs for modifications to existing platform components.
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms.
• Communicate and translate concepts to business and technical personnel.
• Assist with QA and application support for clients.
• Conduct process analysis and implement improvements.
• Analyze data/reports to validate quality and trends.
• Any additional duties as determined by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Administration software.
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, and/or Snowflake.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with team members.
• Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to impact process improvement and management.
• High level of project organization and time management.
• Motivation to solve problems and anticipate new issues.
