• Seeking an experienced professional with operational and business analysis experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management operations.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and definition for solutions to support payor clients.
• Focus areas include data acquisition, cost analysis, and claims reconciliation.
• Develop business requirements in the form of use cases.
• Perform validation tests against delivered solutions before client turnover.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
• Partner with various teams to build strong customer relationships.
• Provide training and ongoing support to implementation teams.
• Conduct process analysis and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively between clients and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with team members.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• High level of project organization and attention to detail.
• 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Administration software.
