In Short

• Critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data.
• Design and implement scalable data quality frameworks.
• Drive governance initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop data quality solutions utilizing Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Operationalize the enterprise data governance framework.
• Identify and address data anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Partner with data engineers, architects, and product teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data quality trends.
• Collaborate to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives and execute plans effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Proficiency in modern data pipeline tools.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality tools.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• In-depth knowledge of data lifecycle management and metadata management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
