• Lead and manage a team of software, data, and AI engineers.
• Shape the direction of applied AI areas and intelligence features.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of engineering experience, with 3-5 years in management.
• 4 years of ML/AI engineering experience in high-growth companies.
• Experience with Databricks and associated technologies.
• Strong background in language modeling technologies and GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Ability to drive end-to-end model and system development.
• Good understanding of adjacent roles like product and project management.
• Record of success driving engineering teams/projects.
