Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience.
• 3+ years of AI leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale AI/ML deployments.
• Proven ability to manage and scale remote teams.
• Exceptional product management and resource planning skills.
• Outstanding communication and ethical leadership.
• Proficiency in English at a C2 level.
